职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage the internal oversight of Payless contract factories in Asia to ensure compliance with Payless Code of Conduct and each country’s labor law and HSE regulations.
2. Analyze reports, frame up recommendations and execute work plans and tactics to achieve goals.
3. Optimize the use of resources and against issues or factories with the highest potential risk.
4. Build a communication structure that is effective to create solid understanding to CSR and influence improvements of CSR performance internally and externally.
5. Build relationships with key stakeholders that promote constructive and open dialogue in support of the corporate social compliance goals.
6. Develop a competent team through trainings, practices, etc.
7. Manage the internal and external resources to improve the management of the team members, and ensure they are fully versed in Payless standards and procedures and perform their work accordingly.
8. Drive and monitor continuous improvement aggressively.

REQUIREMENTS
1. University graduate or above.
2. Excellent knowledge of PRC labor regulations, HR Management systems and ESH management; other SE Asia country knowledge is a plus.
3. Proven success of driving change through the use of Corrective Action Plans.
4. 15 years’ solid experience in compliance and leadership with Asia experience for 5+ years.
5. Experience dealing with multinational export oriented companies preferred.
6. Multi-cultural experience and management talent, able to effectively link management and worker cultures.
7. Fluency in written and spoken English.
8. Frequent travel around China and SE Asia is required.
9. Solid experience in labor intensive industry issues management, able to adapt to and thrive in overseeing the ever-changing contracting factory scenes in developing economies. 举报 分享
