Job Summary
Apple Online Store Sales team is looking for motivated, outgoing, capable individuals who is willing to offer professional consultant and help to our customers for them to better understand Apple and Apple products, thus choose the right products which can enrich their life.

Job Description:
? Learn about Apple Products and become an expert on the Apple products and related accessories;
? Understand Apple’s Digital Lifestyle strategy and how Apple’s products and solutions can help with customers’ life;
? Actively communicate with customers to understand their needs, requirements and concerns
? Provide consultative solutions to customers based on their needs, following the Apple Online Store Customer Engagement model;
? Understand how to leverage multiple sources of information to stay current on product features and technology changes;
? Understand how to appropriately set customers’ expectations after they have placed their order, e.g., “what happens next,” to ensure a favourable end-to-end purchase experience;
? Help customers to enter new Sales orders into the appropriate system(s) accurately

Key qualifications:
? Highly motivated and committed
? Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
? Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns and overcome objections
? Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
? Must possess an professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
? Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills
? Strong listening and presentation skills
? Quick learner and strong self-learning ability
? Fluent English communication skill (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
? Previous telesales experience is a plus

? Has excelled in a customer-facing environment
? Has experience with both Mac and PC
? Can translate ‘tech speak’ into everyday, understandable terms

? Adaptive and flexible to changing technologies, process and environments

Working Environment:
? Function comfortably in a fast-paced, performance-based call center environment where calls are monitored, recorded, and assessed
