Job Responsibilities:
-Start teardown at pullover review with factory, do initial costing, and recommend any cost savings in order to hit the target cost.
-Review pattern layouts of the factory and discuss the most economical pattern shape with PD and factory in order to minimize material waste.
- Reveiw factory’s initial CBS and negotiate special process cost, bottom cost with suppliers and factories. Reviews LOP of the factory. Generate Deckers CBS and Pricer in PLM and submit CBS and Pricer to US.
- Provide the explanation and analysis for any cost difference.
Education/Skills/Knowledge/Behaviour:
-College Graduate or above.
-More than 5 years of experience in apparel or bad costing analyst.
-With very strong personality; Active, Honest, Sharing, Team Work.
-Must be computer literate.
-Fluent both in oral and written English.
