职位描述：
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Collaborates with Design and Product Management in the early stages of product development; provides feedback on manufacture ability, estimated cost, safety certification, fit and function.
? Manage appropriate drawings, routings, procedures, and manufacturing instructions to support product development and production activities.
? Identifies potential suppliers together with merchandising team.
? Coordinates prototyping, and provides necessary documentation and instruction to support Production activities.
? Works on multiple new product projects under deadline; often working independently to move projects forward.
? Provides input to product development schedules and budgets and supports meeting these market and profitability goals.
? Works with multiple teams to improve product design for manufacturability, ease of assembly, and reduction of product cost.
? Collaborates with Inspection to improve product quality and inspection criteria, root cause defect analysis and facilitate the constant improvement process.
? Provides excellent support and service to our internal customers.

Requirements (Lighting Engineer):
? BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Electrical Engineering
? Minimum of 8 years’ experience in new product development
? Experience with Solid Lighting and LED Technology
? Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with others at all organizational levels
? Experience with spinning, stamping, forging, casting manufacturing processes
? Experience with World Class Manufacturing/Lean principles, TPM, 6S is a plus
? Experienced in using CAD/CAM software for product development is a plus.
? Understanding of costing and exposure to new materials development and innovation are a plus. 举报 分享
