职位描述：
Duties & Responsibilities
1.Develop new test capabilities
- Help proactively to identify gaps in test capabilities/which new test capability should be developed
- Collect and consolidate all information, evaluate related standards etc. for required equipment and test conditions, in cooperation with operations and BD
- Design/define required equipment, consumables, test conditions etc.
- Select and contact equipment manufacturer, supervise the process until equipment delivery
- Check and approve equipment, cooperate with operations for equipment start-up, calibration etc.
- Organize and support for necessary training on equipment and for related standards
2. Prepare test procedures/ plans according to customer’s specifications
- Define/develop tests and the related test conditions, required test equipment and material, applicable evaluation criteria and ratings, in cooperation with customer and operations
- Prepare SOPs, test report template and other necessary documents/form sheets
- Implement the testing, give training to operations, consultant/involve TS if necessary
3. To carry out and implement the guideline of ‘safety first, focus on prevention’, carry out National laws, regulations, rules and standards, be main person-in-charge of work safety of labs;
4. Provide timely, accurate, fast and professional service to method development per marketing requirement.
5. Record and sort experiment results and prepare experiment memo timely.
6. Support BD team and handle marketing enquiry, give feedback timely.
7. Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
8. Manage R&D team.


Skills & Requirements
1. Familiar with the standards, directives, regulations etc. of chemical testing for EU, US/North American, and Chinese domestic market.
2. Familiar with ISO/IEC17025 standard.
3. Have good communication skills to handle client’s enquiry(both communication skill and fluent English).
4. Proficiency in experiment and advanced instrument analysis ,GC-MS,LC-MS,LC-DAD,etc
5. Able to work independently, willing to do OT and business trip if necessary.
6. Good written and spoken English, good communication skills.
7. Proactive, reliable and independent in solving problems and developing methods.
8. Cooperative, suitable for team work.
9. Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines.
10. Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel.
