Responsibilities:
1. Daily work
a) Booking of expenses accrual and reversal;
b) Vendor master maintenance e, including creation and modification;
c) Assist the review of balance sheet accounts;
2. Monthly Closing
a) Monthly booking of payroll and responsible for payroll related reports to Controlling team;
b) Monthly calculation and booking of deferred revenue;
c) Monthly calculation and booking of deferred expenses.
3. Reporting
a) Responsible for payroll reports;
b) Assist to prepare corporate expense reports;
c) Assist to prepare PRC financial reports timely for tax declaration.
4. Others
a) Audit support and other ad hoc tasks as requested;
b) Assist manager to continuously improve the Procurement To Payment process and working efficiency;
c) Finish other jobs assigned by line manager.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
2. 3+ years accounting/finance experience, preference for experience at retail company
3. Accountable and responsible, good communication and team spirit, can work under pressure
4. Good command of English, both in oral & written.
5. Sufficient experience of SAP operation.
