职位描述：
岗位职责
1）协助经理为初级员工提供技术支持。负责产品转移和新产品设立
2）机械设计包括概念生成，3D建模，生成2D绘图，定义CTF / CTQ尺寸，工程分析（公差分析，DFM和FEA）和产品实现活动。
3）通过评估生产线上出现的各种范围的部件和/或产品设计工程问题来支持生产。
4）建议对零件/产品设计进行改进，以提高质量和产量
5）参与改进方法，以最大限度地调试，集成和验证效率
6）产品资质和工艺鉴定
7）产品规格及工艺要求分析
8）解决产品相关问题并执行与产品问题相关的故障分析
9）与客户和各部门就产品相关问题 - 工程变更，新模型开发
11）与客户设计团队一起解决设计相关问题

岗位要求
1）大专以上学历，机械相关专业
2）至少5年的产品设计/机械设计经验，包括塑料，金属，连接和相关工艺的制造工艺。
3）熟悉PPAP
4）Lead各种DFM（金属，塑料，装饰品，加工和二次加工的可制造性设计）和DFA（装配/加工设计）分析
5）优秀的沟通能力和逻辑思维, 人际关系能力
6）熟练使用Pro Engineer Wildfire, Pro Mechanica and ProIntralin或者Solidworks或者CAD
7）熟练的(FMEA) 知识和DFToolingfe分析
8）能在压力下工作

JD
1) Assist the product engineering manager in providing technical leadership to the junior staff.
2) Mechanical design responsibility for Shanghai businesses includes concept generation, 3D modeling, generating 2D rawing,
        defining CTF/CTQ dimensions, engineering analysis (tolerance analysis, DFM and FEA) and product realization activities.
3) Support production by assessing part and/or product design engineering issues of diverse scope that arise on production line.
4) Suggest improvements to part/product design to obtain improved quality and production yield
5) Participate to improvements to methodologies to maximize debug, integration and verification efficiency
6) Product Qualification and process qualification
7) Product Specification and process requirement Analysis
8) Solve product related problems and perform failure analysis related to product issues
9) Interact with customer and various departments on product related issues – engineering changes, new model development
10) Apply company approved processes related to job function.
11) Work with customer design team to resolve design related issues
12) Suggest modification to work instructions, material or product changes so as to ensure superior quality of products

JR
1) Bachelors Degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or related equivalent.
2) Lead Various DFM (Design for manufacturability for metals, plastics, decorations, joining and secondary process) and DFA
       (Design for Assembly/Joining) analysis
3) Proficiency in use of MS Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) and other presentation tools.
4) Excellent and effective communication skills both verbal and written
5) Excellent presentation skills both written and oral
6) Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels and departments/units
7) Sound working knowledge on DfTooling (Design for Tooling) analysis. 举报 分享
