职位描述：
NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

- reporting to the New Product Development Manager,
- solid experience in new product development from product industrial design stage to production.
- experience in product packaging design or product industrial design will be advantage.
- responsible for designing products and components with the consideration on cost, production feasibility and quality,
- responsible for developing products with 3D drawing software, Pro/Engineer or others,
- experience in product validation/testing will be advantage.
- Tackling technical problems throughout the project, you will need to come up solutions within reasonable time frame, control product BOM cost.
- to be involved in continuous improvement projects to drive for cost reduction.
- assist and provide technical design concept on product packaging.

Requirements:

- Degree holder / Higher diploma holder in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or industrial design.
- Familiar with computer drawing software on Pro-E or others.
- At least 3 to 5 years experience on new product development prefer in manufacturing industrial such as toys, home product, gift, consumer products etc
- Solid experience on ground up product development.
- Familiar with Project management skill on time control, problem solving.
- Solid experience on manufacturing process and surface finishing treatment for various material e.g. plastic, rubber, or metal
- Creative mind, self-motivation and proactively for new product concept development.
- Good team player and self-motivated
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) 举报 分享
