Company
Our client is an integrated independent communication group. It is based in Shanghai, Lille, Hong Kong and New-York.
They manage, by themselves, every aspect of a communication campaign to offer agility, cost efficiency and transparency to their clients. Thanks to this integration, they provide meaningful strategies, high end creations and quality production services for Digital, Video, Photo and Media.
They work for brands like L’Oréal, Hermès, Caudalie, Alcatel, Decathlon, etc.

Responsibilities
? Provide world-class creations to our clients;
? Know the brands, their universes , their DNA and their competitors;
? Understand a client’s problematic and the agency’s strategies to respond to it;
? Be able to teamwork with the account’s and production’s team and think “big” rather than only think creation;
? Be stimulated and stimulate co-workers to be creative leaders rather than graphic executives. You have to produce creations that make you, the agency and the clients proud and pleased, even if it may imply patience and dedication.

Profile
? Fluent in both Chinese and English
? BA or above. An equivalent professional qualification in Design, Marketing.
? Master Adobe suit
? Master Google Drive Slides
? Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, ...
? Daily use of Harvest
? Daily use of Forecast
? Use of Timestatic

? Good team player
? Ability to understand brief and client’s requests

? Able to work with tight deadlines
