1. Contact with Design Team and factories to check the possibility of new designs. Get necessary information from Design Team or Sales to make sample request. Send sample request to factories and follow up closely. Go to factory to check the sample quality. Make comment sheet of the completed sample and send to Design Team for approval. Take good photo of the samples.
2. Contact with Merchandiser Team to get necessary information if customer requested samples directly. Send sample request to factories and follow up closely. Go to factory to check the sample quality. Make comment sheet of the completed sample and send to Design Team for approval. Take good photo of the samples.
3. Check sample status of all on going samples every week and send weekly report on time.
4. Contact with express or transport company to arrange shipment for samples. You need to do research before arranging shipment and choose the most economic way and make sure sample can arrive on time as request. You need to follow up with express or transport company if there is any issue of your shipments.
5. Help Merchandiser Team to locate correct item number of product if needed. Use data base to issue item number and maintain the date base.
6. Coordinate with Financial Department and Asia Manager to check all sample fee, sample freight are reasonable or not and get them approval every month.
7. Contact with factories if there is any addition glaze testing or packing test request.
8. Pack and send samples directly sometimes.
9. Sample Selection Review & Approval.
10. Documentation of Selected Sample Specifications.
11. Built and maintain Material & Finish Library
