职位描述：

You will lead the all the quality activities including customer quality, internal quality and supply quality in China plan and closely work with the cross functional departments to achieve the quality target in 2017.

The company is a famous American automotive Tier 1 supplier.


Description

Build up continuous improvement processes covering all process levels

Implement a risk management system to prevent quality problem at product level

Maintain and improve a Quality Management System which fulfills the Automotive OEM requirements very strictly

Optimize quality management system, define and improve quality weaknesses

Manage and improve statistical process control programs

Develop product quality strategies, internal processes, and metrics to improve the continuous improvement of the Company's quality performance

Monitor and report product quality based upon pre-defined metrics and KPI

Ensure appropriate and cost-efficient inspection, sampling and of testing raw materials, intermediates and finished goods




Profile

A structured and systematically working personality with focus in high quality and with high-level personal capabilities

In the organisation a team player with good communication skills as well as excellent planning problem-solved skill and following up skill

Minimum 8ys of working experience in multinational company and 3yrs of supervision function. Has experience in automotive is preferred.

Bachelor degree in M/E or material or manufacturing engineering field
