Client Details

Our client is the global industry leader in textile business with advanced technology and unique design. Ningbo is their biggest manufacturing site in APAC. They are now looking for head of finance based there covering all financial related matters in China area.


Description

This role is based in Ningbo, reporting to the headquarter overseas. Main responsibilities include:

1.Responsible for all accounting, planning & forecasting, tax, cost accounting, , internal control and corporate governance, risk management activities to ensure their successful execution in the region

2.Work closely with the CEO and executive team to support and contribute towards the continuous improvement of the business

3.Responsible for statutory and management reporting (local and group requirements)

4.Managing working capital and planning daily cash flows

5.Develop and effectively communicate expectations and results for the business

6.Organise and structure business information to identify specific risks and opportunities.

7.Dealing with external parties like local auditor, consultants, banks and tax authorities on audit, banking operations, foreign exchange, tax matters

8.Preparation, execution and maintenance of internal control policies and procedures for safeguard of company's assets.

9.Support the ERP implementation across the Group and continuous local improvement

10.Other Projects and other ad hoc work as assigned






Profile

1.Strong communication in spoken and written English

2.Minimum of 5 years' experience at manager level or above in finance function in manufacturing industries with multinational company experience

3.Good knowledge of PRC GAAP and tax regulations

4.Knowledge and experience with ERP systems, project leader in implementation is preferred

5.Self-initiated, result oriented, good teamwork
