职位要求： With its industry leading position, Our client currently is still in a rapid growing period and will potentially double their revenue size within 3 years. We are looking for a Finance Director who has seasoned manufacture industry knowledge to join in the business, who can partner with the business during the aggressive expansion worldwide.

Their products apply to Tier 1/2 cities in China with successful raise, and more than 50% export to United States because of the high quality and reputation. Our client has successfully listed this year, and has factories set-up plan in Africa.


Description

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a big team to perform all rounded financial duties includes: financial reports, management reports, budgetary control and cash flow forecast, tax, treasury, etc. Support senior management on business decisions by providing accurate financial reports, management information, provide sound financial advice and value added analysis to operating departments. You will monitory the financial performance of the factories in the group and perform consolidation for senior management.

You will work as a business partner as well as an oversea business expert.


Profile

- At least 10 years of experience in an Operations business partnering type of roles in an multinational manufacturing environment of which at least 5 year of management experience

- Excellent communication, open minded, influence and relationship building skills, inspiring trust and confidence from business partners, able to efficiently interact with other functions and teams

- Proficiency in English, and regional exposure with understanding of financing in foreign countries
