UP Global Sourcing (Trading as Ultimate Products) is a leading UK branded retail supplier, supplying major customers in UK, Europe, USA and Asia. We have a large trading office and showroom based in Guangzhou and offices in UK, HK and Europe. The company is currently experiencing huge financial growth and as a result the Company is currently on a major recruitment drive to expand its Far East Team. We supply branded products across Housewares, Electrical, Audio, Luggage, Laundry, Sundries and our brands include Beldray, Russell Hobbs, Intempo and Disney. The business is very stable and provides fantastic job opportunities to join a very successful company.
Due to major expansion we currently have jobs available working in our Merchandising department as a Merchandiser. Working with the UK team, your duties will include:
Managing the order process with the factory, discussing PO and order requirements
Managing production and sampling processes
Handling QC inspection bookings and assessing inspection reports
Booking shipment vessel and assisting to obtain customs documentation
Handling order issues and resolving problems with order and lead times
Building strong relationships with the factories.
Visiting factories to monitor production and handle order problems
        Completing the critical path documents and spreadsheets
Requirements
 Minimum 3 years experience working in a Merchandiser role where you have been required to manage order process, production and critical path.
Good English language --speaking, reading and writing
Excellent mandarin language
IT skills -- especially excel, word and outlook
Able to travel and visit factories on a regular basis

管理订单生产和跟进样板
安排验货及跟进验货结果
配合英国船务部提交船务文件并安排订舱事宜
处理与订单有关的问题并协助各方解决
与工厂建立有力的关系确保订单顺利进行
定期走访工厂以便及时监控生产进度，并解决问题
管理好订单系统的更新
岗位要求:
3年以上专注于业务跟单工作，熟悉订单流程，有相关订单系统管理的经验
具有良好英文书写及口语表达能力，沟通技巧
具有良好中文表达能力
熟练运用办公室软件Work, Excel, Outlook
可以定期出差走访工厂
