职位描述：
岗位职责：
The CAD Engineer is responsible for the design of new or existing products, in line with planning, process, quality and cost targets. He/she produces complete engineering designs translated in CAD models and creates all the associated documentation.
The main missions of the role are to:
？ Generate design concepts and produce conforming designs for each phase of the program : RFQ, Prototype…
？ Develop feasible designs, considering available manufacturing processes. Perform basic engineering calculations for mass, strength and mechanical performance.
？ Prepare and maintain engineering release and change documents.
？ For each assigned project, provide alternative design solutions accompanied by analysis, supporting information and recommendations.
？ Implement reference point system and tolerances in drawings.
？ Maintain strong familiarity with specific customer CAD data integrity requirements and apply them as required.
？ Ensure that designs comply with government and customer specifications and regulations.
？ Actively participate in product design reviews when required.
？ Actively participate in DFMEA
？ Update BOM during project life
？ Implement BOM in the ERP system
任职要求：
The ideal candidate will have/be:
？ Univeristy degree in engineering
？ Experience in Design & Development within an industrial environment, ideally in the automotive industry
？ Skilled of CAD software (UG and CATIA)
？ Knowledge and experience in the Project Management process
？ Good knowledge of Program standards, tools, and methods
？ Familiar with primary manufacturing methods
？ Team player with strong communication skills
？ International mind set
？ Fully understand and abide the contents of Code of Management and Code of Ethics distributed by Faurecia of these two manuals
合同期限：此职位为长期职位，与外企德科一年一签，但是待遇同正式员工一样。
工作时间：9:00-17:30（周一至周五）
薪资及福利：8-10k/月，12薪+年底3个月bonus=15薪；全市有班车（如果自己开车，车贴每月1500元）；包午餐，晚上加班包晚餐；7:30以后下班打车费可报销；每月200元话费；年底旅游；过节费每年4k；年假10天+5天高温假 举报 分享
