Job description
Perform large or complicated project account management for projects of infrastructure system integration, operation and transformation to client business development..
Manage on project team forming, project schedule , scope of work, project financial , delivery quality and customer expectation .
Support service pre-sales work, such as proposal creation, solution design, contract negotiation when there are new service request from client IT transformation and development, especially on infrastructure architecture.
Expert on infrastructure operation such as data center operation, desktop management, networking management and security assessment and asset management.
Experience on ITIL service management methodology as well as PM methodology.
Required Skills
Minimum of 5 years Account Manager experience in outsourcing biz.
Minimum of 10 years solution implementation project experiences in large infrastructure project management areas
Experienced in leading project team in challenging situation at customer site
Experience in areas of internal & external relationship management
Good skills in risk management and problem solving.
Strong leadership
Outstanding communication & negotiation capability
Excellent at client/executive presentations.
Long-term/multi-year Services business development and sales experience
Experience with consulting, outsourcing experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Excellent presentation skills
Competencies
Fluency in English and Mandarin
Be willing to travel as business needs
PMP certification is a plus
Be able to work under pressure and meet tight project delivery schedule
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years experience in Account Manager experience in outsourcing biz.
At least 10 years experience in solution implementation project experiences in large infrastructure project management areas
