Job Description
As a Tiger Sales for our newly established Expert Integrated Systems (EIS) product line, you need to clearly understand the trend of SW & HW integration & optimization and will be responsible for developing EIS based solutions that address your client's business needs and deliver client value while supporting brand-specific business strategies. Your customers will include a variety of industries. In this role, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with executives and influencers in targeted accounts. You will thoroughly understand the client's business, including their organization, financials, competitiveness in the market, and business issues. When necessary, you will navigate IBM to identify and acquire critical resources needed to develop the best solution for the client. You will create solutions which are tailored to client's business needs and integrate the EIS capabilities in a way that is valued by the customer and superior to the competition.
Further responsibilities include:
Local market analysis and product positioning
Solution development and value creation based on SW/HW integrated offerings
Key account relationship development and maintenance
Required Skills
10+ years of software/hardware sales experience in enterprise market, with a minimum of 5 years SW sales experience
2 year+ selling experience with HW/SW integrated solutions, e.g. Netezza, Data Power
2 year+ selling experience into at least 2 industries
Middleware & Database &Data Warehouse selling experience is a plus
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 10 years experience in 10+ years of software/hardware sales experience in enterprise market, with a minimum of 5 years SW sales experience
