HPE CMS (Communications & Media Solutions) is the worldwide HPE entity dedicated to the Telecom & Media industry.

The role is a Senior OSS Solution Architect with the object of develops and grows OSS Solution and Service in Telecom Sector. This specific role is focused on expertise in HPE CMS technologies; develop complex CMS solutions for customer’s enterprise; He/she need also work closely with account team for the business pursuit and give technologies lead and direction to the team during the project.


Responsibilities:
? Domain leadership in HPE CMS OSS technologies
? Develop complex OSS solutions that enhance the agility, availability, performance and maintainability of our customer’s enterprise.
? Work on opportunity pursuits and in presale engagements, develop the right solution for an enterprise customer tasks within OSS service.
? Responsible for analysis, design, quality assurance and changes to the solution during the project.
? Manage technical teams and participate in dialogue with national and international colleagues.
? Building reusable solution assets.

Profile & Experience Requirements

? MA or BA degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.
? 5+ years of progressive business experience in IoT domain
? Deeply understand OSS knowledge
? Deeply understand CSP operation, able to think from operator’s point of view, proactively optimize the system and propose new solution/features to customer;
? Understand 3G network, able to discuss correlation scenario with operation team
? Fluent in English language with strong oral and written communication skills
? Domestic and global travel
? Project management skill is plus
? Has facing customer experience and manage customer requirement/expectation 举报 分享
