Operations Management (Core – 80%)
-Perform daily inspection to all technician’s reports, technician and vendor’s repairing works, correct and educate them for improvement.
-Be responsible for the technician’s duty arrangement based on the operation requirements.
-Be responsible for branches inventory management, record and update all the in/out parts, and weekly report to FM and client. Be responsible for the parts procurement based on the safety inventory requirements.
-BMO utility data recording, confirmation and report to any abnormalities.
-Perform regular inspection to all Comms rooms, Comms closet and other E&M facilities inside office floors; record all information in the predefined checklist.
-Perform regular inspection to all facilities on civil works, record all information in the predefined checklist
-Respond to emergency call and arrange vendors for ad-hoc maintenance or emergency repair
-Provide immediate response and support to Comms Rooms and other floor E&M related operations
-Supervise all the PPM and ad hoc repair works and report to Facilities Manager if any abnormality found
-Carry out minor E&M repairs according to instruction
-Assist in addressing all routine E & M issues
-Assist in following up with DCIM/IT equipment Moves, Adds & Changes implementation
-Assist with daily facility walk around to provide visual check of operations
-Support pantry supplier/ vendor for any maintenance/ repair work in pantry (freezer, zip boiler, life solution, microwave & disinfect machine), to avoid any damage/ impact to existing facilities
-Assist PPM plan, ad-hoc & regular TCM application
-Provide technical explanation & walk through of weekend work plan to duty technicians
-Provide project supports as necessary, work as CS JLL contact person for all the projects carried in Shanghai.
-Carry out any other duties as assigned by client.

Health and Safety (Core – 20%)
-Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards
-Respond to and management of environment & safety issues as they pertain to property & facilities management
-Update fire evacuation plan, fire marshal lists are accurate and up-to-date
