职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
? Responsible for sourcing both OEM and ODM finished goods and components
? Lead the team to support and execute the global sourcing strategy and programs, identify and select new suppliers, support new product sourcing, maintain a stable and healthy supply base
? Drive product cost improvement projects and price reduction initiatives
? Improve operational excellence of supply base on Cost, Quality, Delivery, Compliancy, on time delivery
? Work closely with cross-functional teams in multiple locations and coordinate with marketing, quality team, project management teams


Main requirements:
? Bachelor degree with engineering background
? More than 8 years Experience in sourcing for Consumer Electronic Products or Home Appliances industries with a multinational company in China or Asia
? Rich experience in New Product Development
? Familiar with supply base in China with manufacturing operations
? Excellent problem solving skills and communication skills
