宿舍助理 请发送中英文简历
岗位职责：

1.接听电话，查看邮件及接待访客，记录会议内容，中英文会议及文件的翻译，向内外人员传递宿舍的最新资讯；
2..与学生及家长保持良好的关系，并给他们提供相关的指引及帮助；
3.协助楼层主管或宿舍主管处理突发事件；
4.住宿学生的资料录入及维护，及其他各类单据的整理及录入；
5.办公设备及宿舍电器家具的的故障报修；
6.根据宿舍主管的要求下达需求订单，并验收，保管及分发所订购的物品；
7.监督宿舍人员的出勤；
8.宿舍工作人员外出工作，培训等相关的住宿，机票等安排；
9.完成宿舍主管交待的其他工作。
