职位描述：

Purpose:

• To improve products, process and machine of the product unit in yield, efficiency, quality and internal logistic performance, make a guaranteed stable production.
• To performance trouble shooting actives.
  

You’re Responsibilities:

• To act as a project leader for engineering improvement including process, production, documentation, all this in order to increase the efficiency of production and organization.
• To creates technical conditions so that the production process is disrupted as little as possible. Does this by identifying production problems regarding performance, efficiency and quality, and improving and making the production manageable.
• To bring knowledge and experience, and gives guidance to working groups co-develop, innovate and improve production.

We are looking for
1. Bachelor degrees or above, major in Engineering is preferred
2. More than 8 years’ working experiences in manufacturing engineering, Experience in MNCs environment is preferred, experience in medical industry is a plus.
3. Familiar with ISO13485/ FDA Part 820 QMS requirements is a plus
4. Strong trouble shooting capability
5. CAPA handling experience
6. Competences/Skills:

· Good interpersonal communication skills
· Good English communication skills
· Multi culture competency
· Time zone / Can work under high pressure
· Strong logical thinking
· Customer oriented
