岗位职责:<BR><P>End User Support for Jiading office <BR>Task description<BR>- End User Support for customers in IT helpdesk function <BR>- To work in team environment on all projects with IT Development & Support Team.<BR>- To train and supply technical support to other members in the IT Support Team where required.<BR>- Provide IT assistance to all internal global employees via web portal, phone, email & remote connection. 1 IT helpdesk:build the laptop,mapping network drivers and printer etc<BR>2 Document: able to write down the procedures<BR>3 Standby support: willing to work long hours</P>
<BR>任职资格:<BR><P>Technical knowledge of various Operation System,Network LAN,MS office<BR>specialized IT - Fluent in spoken and written English<BR><BR>Support general applications such as Microsoft apps, website access, Active Directory for user accounts, blackberry software and hardware,Lan print,IP phone,meeting AV system etc.<BR> Best to be fairly flexible, in abilities and in terms of working hours as this job is quite often split into shifts<BR><BR>Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science with 1 – 2 years of working experience. Big foreign corporation experience is a plus.</P>
