Job description
As Communications and Web Specialist you are responsible for external & internal communications activities throughout all brands of the Brand Portfolio managed by Q-tech.
Your responsibilities
In this position you define, together with the Brand Manager and Product Marketing Specialist within the Customer Center, the right brand values, translating the business value into brand material and tools.
You help to build the brand story by sending out templates into the market, via online and offline media.
You support the Sales Network and guide them on how to increase brand awareness.
You define and develop brand material and guide the organization on how to use it in their communication activities.
You raise awareness on all communication activities by publishing regular updates on available and new coming platforms.
You will support the development and implementation of the new web-platform in close cooperation with the Division.
You are responsible for external communications e.g. PR, NPS, promotion and product and brand roll-outs.
You use social media to reach efficiently our sales, distributor and customer base.
You will work closely together with the Marketing Manager and the communication managers of the Industrial Air division.
Mission
Your mission is to contribute to the business results of our brands by implementing high quality communications strategy, with a focus on product and cost leadership and synergies, in order to support the sales.
Our marketing communications strategy includes both online and offline communications matters. It is part of your mission to continuously further improve the quality and attractiveness of the individual brands' communication material.
Experience requirements
At least 3 years prior experience of working in a communications role is necessary, using both on and offline communications channels, preferably in a business to business environment.
The successful applicant will have a high level of writing skills, a good appreciation of graphic design, a good understanding of digital communications and social media, and excellent organisational and administrative skills. He/she will have the desire and ability to develop their communications skills further over time, through coaching and hands-on experience.
Be a competent user of various IT packages, such as databases, web site content management and reporting systems, Microsoft Office, be familiar with Google technologies/search, and be able to learn new packages and technologies as and when needed.
Knowledge
Chinese mother tongue is requested.
Very strong in English.
You have good computer skills and knowledge of how the web works and can be used for optimal lead generation
Educational requirements
University degree in marketing, communication or relevant experience in communication /marketing.
Personality requirements
You are creative, responsible, customer-oriented and flexible. You have a can-do attitude.
You are open to new ideas and continuously explore new areas. You use learning from experience for personal development.
