Job description:
1. Get booking from our client.
2. Check shipping instruction with overseas AE, including carrier, port of discharge, place of delivery, routing. How to issue b/l and debit note etc.
3. Check QA for selling rate, ISF information.
4. Place booking with carrier for our export shpts.
5. Release shipping order/delivery notice etc to shpr or shpr’s agent for local handling.
6. Update E2K, Order watch etc system.
7. Issue bill of loading according shpr’s instruction.
8. Submit SI from carrier website for master b/l.
9. Issue debit note/invoice to shpr for local charges.
10. Release bill of loading after shpr pay us.
11. Send pre alert to destination UPS.
