DETAILS OF JOB:
? Setting up and running of Workplace Strategy and Change Management Projects, which includes:
o Actively supporting business development, where capability is shown leading it.
o Setting up Data Collection for space utilization studies
o Overseeing the analysis and interpretation of data collected in spreadsheets (xls skills needed)
o Actively supporting the set-up of a Change Management program, including leadership interviews, workshops, surveys, etc. (empathy, people and communication skills needed)
o Preparing reports and presenting findings (PowerPoint, presentation and writing skills needed)
o Leading the Change and Communications Planning Process
o Coaching and overseeing Junior Consultants/Analysts
? Collaborating with other subject matter experts (e.g: transaction and project management teams)
? Based in Shanghai, with flexibility for international travel at reasonably short notice
? Reporting regionally to Marc Shamma’a, Head of the Strategic Consulting, APAC.
