职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities
1) Auditing Deckers partner factories to ensure implementation of Deckers Quality Systems and Programs such as Production Process Controls, Bi-Monthly Focus, Mold Prevention, RS Policy Compliance,on-line inspection systems etc.
2) Monitor and review the preparation of Corrective Action Plans (for Quality Locks and Molds) and its implementation.
3) Checking the proper implementation of COC and IMQC.
4) Check the implementation of On Line Inspection System by the QC inspectors.
5) Communicate, discuss and provide information to Deckers Production/QA Team and Factory Production/QA Team on the results of the audit and assist in the creation of Corrective Action Plan and monitor the progress of its implementation.
6) Conduct a review of doubled sourced or transferred models for product consistency.
7) Conduct an audit of the Deckers QC Inspectors and Certified Factory QC Inspector compliance to Deckers final inspections process guidelines.
8) Assist the Special Project Team in monitoring the progress of QIP and Lean Programs.
9) Conduct an audit of the Deckers approved suppliers quality and quality systems when necessary
10) Create a monitoring system of the Audit Results and implementation of Corrective Action Plan.
11) Any other jobs that his/her superior will assign from time to time as needed by the company

Skills, Experiences, and Education Required :

Qualification:
? Must be of good moral character and unquestionable integrity.
? Must be College graduate
? Have 5 years work experience in footwear industry.
Skills:
? Computer literate
? Good communication skills, both written and oral, in English language.
? Ability to communicate professionally with all level of people in the factory and Deckers.
? Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
