30% Process Investigation
– Work with APAC process lead and process re-engineering solution designer to coordinate As-Is interview/ investigation approach, join interview discussion, taking notes and support to summarize findings of As-Is investigation
– Responsible to collect existing document and compare and analysis existing documents under guidance of solution designer.
– Understand APAC To-Be process design and join discussion with process lead and solution designer to update process document
40% SOP and templates design and documentation
– Work together with process lead and solution designer to design regional standard procedure for critical processes identified
– Understand the design solution and responsible to develop standard SOP documentation based on different legacy system.
– Based on solution deisgn result, document templates used in standard SOP solution and existing templates
– Work with buyers and system SMEs to collcet all screen shots to illustrate how to work out standard solution in current system
20 % SOP deployment Support
– Work with process lead to collect and manage variant list
– Work with process lead and solution designer to document action plan for each country
– Work with solution designer to communicate and educate standard SOP with key users
– Work with solution designer Prepare training material and conduct training for key users
10% Change manmangement
– Support Process Lead with execution of change plan with Key user
– Collect Issue & risk during deployment
– Support to update SOP / Templates documentation

? Excellent in English reading, speaking and writing
? Capability to quick learning and understanding
? Logical thinking and working
? Good at office applications, including PPT, Excel, Visio, Word
? 1~2 years of procurement experience is a plus
? Bachelors degree or country equivalent
