Profile:
Experience: Experience in marketing services or business development or client relationship in an engineering firm context or in the infrastructures sector

Skills Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of companies in the infrastructures sector in China (CHEC, CRCC, CRBC, CSCEC, CCGRP, CREC, etc.);
- Sharp knowledge of sales techniques specific to the Chinese context;
- Good knowledge of international trade negotiation techniques;
- Capacity to identify and assess specialized skill requirements relating to technically complex subjects;
- Capacity to gain understanding of new subjects;
- Knowledge of project management methods and tools: scheduling, budget, risk analysis, financial management;
- Capacity to communicate in structured manner;
- Good writing skills;
- Capacity to develop ownership of computer tools specific to the Firm;
- Office automation tools proficiency: Word – Excel – PowerPoint – Outlook;
- Team player;
- Capacity to adjust to the skills level and culture of intervention countries and transfer working methods and quality standards of the firm;
- Capacity to work with rigor and achieve the objectives set by the line management and clients.

Degrees: Postgraduate degree (engineering or trade/ marketing school)
Languages: Chinese mother tongue - French fluent

Job Description - Key Tasks:
Assignments will be hinged on the three following key activities:
1. Market research and commercial soliciting with the different locally settled actors;
2. Development of documents in answer to call for tenders for engineering services in the field of infrastructures (acquisition phase);
3. Operational and technical coordination of engineering design projects or works supervision (execution phase).

The relative importance of these individual tasks will depend on the needs of the firm. It might happen that the project team leader will address but one of these three activities.
