Job Responsibilities 工作描述
1.Establish clear, consistent and workable Hypermarket Merchandising policies and procedures. Provide specific guidance to relevant departments to help them better understand and execute the company's strategic development direction.
2.Lead the assessment on current policies and procedures, to be the organizer, arrange the discussion with relevant departments, propose feasible action plan to consummate current policies and procedures that improves associates' work efficiency.
3.Participates in relevant departments' projects and policy establishment and review, provide suggestion and recommendation from Merchandising’s perspective.
4.Provide policy and procedure technical supports to buyers to ensure the actual execution align with company’s business direction and strategies.
5.As the delegate of Hypermarket Merchandising communicate and coordinate with relevant departments, update policies and procedures in a timely manner.
6.Provide analysis and opinions from policy perspective for new project/ system launch, formulate and update related policies and procedures.
7.Assist Internal Audit to complete quarterly/annual internal audit investigation, follow up the audit result related to Merchandising, update the policies and procedures if necessary and ensure the execution of the updates.
8.Communicate policies and procedures changes in detail with Training team to ensure training update promptly.
9.Promotes company and merchandising policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by providing guidance to merchants in their daily work.
Education 教育
Bachelor or above degree holder in business, law, or related fields
Experience 经验
At least 3 years merchant experiences, 1 year project management experience. Legal background is preferred.
