职位描述：
Job Duties (Tasks, Responsibilities, etc.) 工作职责:
1. Support project leader/senior engineer to define product specification and review its requirements.
2. Work with hardware engineer on schematic design, MCU selection and I/O definition.
3. MCU software flow chart design, software compile design and debug.
4. Work with project leader/hardware engineer on product hardware and software integration and debugging.
5. Support project leader/hardware engineer to create electronic test specification.
6. Support project leader/hardware engineer to implement product DFMEA.
7. Cooperate and communicate with internal different project team members.
8. Update software design schedule/progress to project leader timely.
9. Communicate with supplier to support project technical information.
10. Documentation of design files (software flow chart, source code and production program file and etc.).
11. Participate internal and external training or other activities base on company request.

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements知识、技能和能力要求:
1. Rich experience in software design, such as assembly, C, and C++.
2. Good experience in worldwide MCU suppliers and its technology and MCU selection.
3. Has experience in power electronic products development is an advantage.
4. Have software design experience in automotive electronics products or power lithium battery technology is an advantage.
5. Have software design experience in motor knowledge and brushless control is an advantage.
6. Good English communication in written, good oral English is perfect.
7. Good team work spirit; strong sense of responsibility; strong working enthusiasm.

Education Requirements (Degree and/or additional relevant training) 教育要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above and major in electric/electronic engineering.
