职位描述
- Provide timely response to Help Desk requests via phone, email or in person.
- Provide written and verbal communication to end-users, and management on
any call/problem tracking system ticket regarding status of reported
problems/projects.
- Use appropriate knowledge bases to identify, troubleshoot and resolve various
technical problems and ensure service levels agreement (SLA) are met.
- Assist in resolution of end-user support issues to ensure timely distribution of
knowledge and positive impact on user satisfaction.
- To arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved
in-house.
vMobile communication device logistics including installation; asset
management; troubleshooting and repair services.
- Instruct and train users in proper use of PC hardware and software.
- Update and ensure accuracy of IT Assets management application and
inventory system.
- Provide support and meeting setup for any IT requirements (Audio, Video and
Computer Presentation) for Business Professional meeting.
- Be "on-Call" for all periods as assigned by manager.
- Carry out other such duties as may be assigned or requested by
management.
- Assist in the management of networking systems projects including server
installations, SAN / NAS modifications and upgrades, data circuit installations,
router / firewall / switch / network accelerator installations.
- Ensure integrity of all corporate data residing on network servers, including
the monitoring and reporting of systems security policies, anti-virus /spam
systems, and data backups.
- Utilize software and hardware diagnostic tools to identify, diagnose and repair
complex problems and factors affecting network performance.
- Perform after hours support duties to sustain networking systems and service
levels - 24/7/365.
- Act as a contact person for outside vendors during installation,
rearrangement, repair and/or removal of equipment or services.
- A minimum of 3 years in an IT Help Desk environment providing end-user
support.
- 5 years or above experiences in similar positions at leading law firms,
investment banks, or financial institutions preferred.
- In-Depth understanding of information systems technology to include
common computer applications, operating systems, PC hardware, network
and messaging systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft Windows 7 and
Windows 2008 Operating Systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft Office 2007,
and Office 2010.
- Strong understanding of client networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Have working knowledge in the administration of Active Directory and
Exchange user accounts.
- Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange user account administration
- Working knowledge Blackberry Enterprise Server application and mobile
device units.
- Symantec Endpoint Protection Anti-Virus and Antispyware
- Symantec DLO Backup agent
- Cisco VPN Client
- Basic Knowledge of Citrix infrastructure
- Experience with VMware workstation Plus
- Experience in the following desired: Microsoft servers, VMware Infrastructure,
Cisco routing, voice/data communications, network architecture and network
services such as DNS, DHCP, DFS, file & print, applications, MS Exchange
administration.
- A high degree of technical aptitude and troubleshooting skill.
- Ability to managed stressful situations in calm, courteous, and efficient
manner.
- Ability to make quick, clear decisions with minimal supervision.
- Ability to meet deadlines while paying attention to details.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Good command of English, both oral and written.
