Main Responsibility
- 熟悉行政管理事务, 并及时处理安排;
Familiar with all business administration functions, and in a timely manner to deal with.
- 负责办公室及店铺日常行政用品的管理与采购等;
In charge of day-to-day office supplies management and procurement of supplies, etc.
- 预定安排酒店及机票行程,并控制预算;
Pre-booking for the trip flight and hotel, and in accordance with the budget.
- 每月与各供应商对帐,结帐;
Monthly settlement and check with the vendor.
- 与各部门密切协作;
Work close with all departments.
- 供应商日常关系维护和管理,合同谈判及定期规整;
Vendors' maintainence and management,contract negotiation and regular review.
- 申请办理或更新员工签证/就业证/工作证等相关证件;
Expat. employee working permit renewal / application
- 组织团队建设活动及年会等相关会议活动
Organize team building activities, annual party, etc
- 前台管理工作
Reception Management
- 上级主管安排的其它相关事宜;
Others request by direct supervisor.

行政管理类等相关专业本科或以上学历。
Bachelor degree or above major in Administration related.
- 培训及资历 Training & Competency
接受过文秘及财务等方面的培训,有行政管理类资格证书佳。
Professional training in basic clerical skills and finance, certificate of Business Administration ownership is preferred
- 工作经验 Working Experience
- 四到五年以上跨国公司相关工作经验;
One--two year related Administration working experience in multinational company
- 熟知行政管理的流程, 妥善协调办公室及供应商的日常需求
Familiar with all business adminstration functions,proper co-ordination Office and the suppliers of day-to-day needs
