职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
Work with Program Manager as the SOLE point of contact for vendors, dealers and end-users:
- daily enquiry from Dealer/Vendor on transactional issues
- special request from Dealer/Vendor on program or transactional level
- collect document package from Dealer and submit to the related depts respectively
- communicate and coordinate with Dealer/vendor to collect the appropriate documents as requested by related depts, or any other requirements/new updated from related depts in DLL
Work with Program Manager to prepare training materials and provide in-depth training (regarding DLL process and documentation) to Vendor and Dealer on on-going basis
Support Program Manager in preparing professional and accurate proposal for the Credit Approval
Responsible for inputting application data into the front-end system and generate/compile reports on regular basis as requested by DLL or Vendor
Maintain good dealer relationship over the phone /email or physical visit.
Support Program Manager by coordinating deals internally with Legal and Credit Department.
Other activities to support the Program manager on the program management.
Qualifications & Skills required:
- Bachelor Degree in business economics
- Working experience1-2years . Experience in leasing company is a plus.
- Business knowledge, understanding of sales financing concepts
- Selling and negotiation skill is a plus.
