职位描述
Job Purpose:
To provide Human Capabilities support especially in the areas of training needs analysis and evaluation, training and competency coordination and administration. The support will be for all locations in PTE, with a special focus on Asia Pacific/ Greater China, in close cooperation with colleagues in MEA and Asia South.
Key accountabilities:
- Supports the implementation of Human Capabilities' plans
- Supports the promotion of effective people management within company Asia Pacific by implementing policy processes and tools in training and development, competency development, career development
- Analysis of training needs and preparation of training plans
- Reviews, modifies, and evaluates the quality of training which includes course material and trainer
- Coordinates all training activities, which includes the following: planning, preparation of the venue, invitations, attendance, cancellations, withdraws, opening and closing of courses, collection of feedback, data input in feedback system and training database
- Ensures that training implementation is smooth in the various locations (office or offsite)
- Ensures quality assurance of training courses
- Support travel and administrative support for trainers and participants
- Caries out assessments and evaluation to reflect employee competencies and training effectiveness
- Responsible for timely and accurate maintenance and update of competency and training material
- Maintain competency plans and roadmaps
- Design, implement, track and maintain training plans, training roadmaps and training programs. This could be done in consultation with subject matter experts
- Prepares and creates status reports of competency and training records to update management
- Other duties as assigned periodically
Knowledge, experience & skills:
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of relevant systems and processes
- Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures and regulations
- Understanding of company and its business
- Knowledge of local training and competency practices
- Training needs analysis, evaluation and procurement
Experience:
- 3-5 years experience in the planning and implementation of competency development and training in a large international establishment
- Experience in training needs analysis, coordination and implementation of competency development and training in Asia Pacific markets
- Experience in procurement of training
- Experience in training needs analysis, evaluation
- Experience in data management and analysis
- Experience in project management
Skills:
- Excellent in spoken and written English
- Consulting and coordination ability
- Interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Systems orientation in planning
- Knowledge of SAP system preferred
Extremely proficient in Microsoft office applications especially excel and powerpoint
