Job duties
- Collect and review the invoices received and verify its validity
- Keep track of invoice due dates and prepare payment schedule to ensure no late payments to suppliers
- Ensure correct cost allocation among internal cost centres and record into the Accounting System
- Monitor contracts for recurring expenses
- Responsible for AP related accounts reconciliation
- Assist in identification of cost reduction opportunities and process optimization
- Other ad hoc projects where necessary.
Requirements
- More than 1 year AP accounting experience
- Graduated from accounting university
- Fluent English in spoken and writing
- Active attitude to accept challenge work
