职位描述
Job Descriptions
- Participate in 3PL providers' management, demand planning, purchasing order release and follow, daily operations to drive for continuous improvements.
- Ensure 3PL transportation & warehouse management in line with requirements of SOP and KPI, including daily operations' instruction and communication, tracking transportation performance, and ensure the delivery on time and safety. And also ensure all the related process and documentation is in compliance with the corporation's procedure.
- Timely and accurately input relevant data into ERP system to make company's business run normally, participate in the monthly and yearly stock counting to make the physical goods accuracy in volumes.
- Work closely with sales team to run out weekly and monthly forecast and purchasing plan to meet sales requirements, maintain a high level of customer service. Purchasing orders' follow-up, make them timely and correct execution delivery.
- Work closely with controller and accounting team to arrange vendors' invoices check and payment. Monitoring inventory level to be in line with Corp. Inventory policy and budget.
- Coordinate working with the marketing and product management team as for logistics requirement.
- Other assigned work by superior.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree holder preferably in supply chain, logistics or business administration.
- 2 logistics experience, especially in 3PL management and daily operations supervise
- Knowledge and used to work with ERP systems.
- Good computer skills (e.g. MS office, Lotus Notes).
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Good communication and planning skills.
- Agilely sense of data analysis.
