Title: Technical recruiter
Main Job Duties:
To provide a full spectrum of HR services to grow our Shanghai workforce.
Required Knowledge:
? Primary focus is sourcing, screening, closing, and on-boarding technical engineering and support staff within Software/Embedded/Driver/Firmware/Hardware Engineering.
? Responsible for process improvement leadership and program support for all levels of human resource initiatives.
? Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business community organizations and networking groups to source top engineering talent.
? Optimize on-line recruiting resources and in-house database to identify and recruit the very best candidate.
? Partners with hiring managers to scope job requirements in order to gain a solid understanding of the skills and educational requirements, as well as to determine the qualities and attributes of a successful candidate for the specific requirements.
Required Experience:
? 5 or more years of recent, hands on experience in Technical Recruiting responsibilities.
? Proven experience placing engineers within the wireless handset and device industry
? Proven experience hiring Firmware, Windows Driver, Embedded Linux, Linux Application, Linux Driver, and other engineers relevant Novatel Wireless.
? Effective interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated experience in all aspects of Human Resources, specializing in Recruiting.
? Knowledge of LTE, HSDPA, GSM, EVDO, WCDMA, UMTS, or other wireless data standards.
Education:
B.S. or M.S. in Business Management, Engineering, Human Resources or related degree
