Qualification:
? Develop effective BD channel for new client resource.
? Analyze industry trend and evaluate matching points with Manpower staffing service to identify target client.
? Provide professional staffing solution for new clients by internal cooperation within smooth process.
? Client management of retail & major account.
? Achieve yearly BD target by creative, efficient & diverse way.
Requirement:
? Above 3 years working experience for sales position with bachelor degree, preferred in HR service, consulting, solution industry.
? Good business sense, result-oriented with high passion for sales position.
? Professional expression & presentation, good communication & coordination skill.
? Active attitude, quick learner & nice personality.
? Desire career development in HR service industry.
? Strong adaption capability of changeable environment with challenge.
? Good English writing and reading skill.
