职位描述
- The candidate will support a newly established Investor Relations department based in Shanghai. The department will operate as a Global support function.
- The candidate will work as an office assistant and will report to the Head of the department, the Vice President of Investor Relations for Sanofi-Aventis SA.
- The candidate will be primarily work as a key contact in the investor relations office and will assist the Head of the Department in his efforts to target mainly institutional investors in the Asia Pacific region as well as in the Middle East.
- The department will closely interact and communicate with the global Investor Relations team in Paris, France and New York, U.S. - Late working hours may occur but will not be frequent for the assistant
Requirement:
- The candidate must be fluent in English, speaking and writing.
- The candidate must be able to deal with sensitive financial and product related information.
- The candidate must be able to communicate and correspond with executive assistants of senior management in Paris.
- The candidate must be able to manage complex travel itineraries and roadshow schedules with and w/o participation of Group management.
- The candidate must be able to deal with sensitive and confidential information in a highly regulated environment.
- The candidate must be able to respond to incoming investor and analyst calls, domestically as well as from abroad.
- The candidate must be able to prioritize time sensitive work and should direct incoming requests in a reliable fashion so that the Head of the department can swiftly return calls or promptly follow up on requests while he might be on travels. Short response time is an important success factor for the work of an IR department.
- The candidate should be committed, reliable and be able to communicate courteously and in a professional manner as she/he might be representing the company as a first point of contact.
- Longer term, there is a possibility that the candidate may develop an area of responsibility in dealing with individual shareholders locally.
