著名外资公司招聘客服customer service representative(supply chain)
Key Areas of Responsibility:
1. Provide excellent customer service/support;
2. Manage customer accounts:
- Answer incoming customer calls;
- Manage the customer orders from receipt to delivery, including negotiating revised shipping dates when necessary;
- Entering order into the system;
-Accurately and in a timely manner after proper checking activities;
- Coordinate movement of the shipment with the customer;
- Handle receipt of customers' problems;
- Ensure customer master files are accurate and up to date;
- Relay new account information back to Marketing and the Plant.
3. Re-promise orders when unplanned downtime occurs, insufficient material is available or when it is necessary to reschedule orders and/or change production to satisfy customer needs.
Required Skills:
1. Working knowledge of each plant warehouse operations and constraints;
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of employees and management, both inside the company and externally with suppliers;
3. Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills;
4. Excellent written and oral English skills.
Education/Experience:
1. Bachelor/University degree in Business Studies or similar discipline or equivalent experience.
