职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Report to Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition Manager and assist in implementation of global talent management strategy and staffing operation in China;
2 Provide staffing support and assistance mainly in sourcing, inclusive of job posting, resume screening, data tracking, system maintaining and report updating;
3.Might get chance to get involved in interviewing and offering on junior positions, depending on the performance and potential;
4 Work as assistant of Talent Acquisition Manager on intake session of new requisition and as proactive coordinator between hiring team, HR Business Partners, site HR, etc. to facilitate hiring;
5 Assist in China staffing operation management, inclusive of external and internal sourcing channel management, staffing policy and process optimization and other recruiting resources management;
6 Play an active role in any possible staffing projects, e.g. campus recruiting, interview skill training, recruiting system transition.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource or related ;
2. At least 3 years working experience in recruiting
3. good integrity ,honest and good communication skill ;
4. quick learning ,good English ability ,Microsoft office skill;
