职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Participate in the salary survey, lead the process of job marching, job evaluation, data analysis, independently provide market competitiveness analysis, salary structure review proposal,
2. Lead the C&B related projects, such as benefits and program review, market study and benchmark, Independently and proactively provide insight and recommendation;
3. Well communicate the C&B philosophy, methodology, knowledge and related program practice with managers and employees.
4. Develop and deliver C&B related training and workshop.
5. Interact with HR business partner and line managers to understand the business needs and proactively develop available or customized solutions from Compensation and benefits prospective;
6. Ensure the C&B related policy, program and practice compliance, consistent and competitive
7. Manage the related internal process, such as salary planning, insurance review renewal
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent level;
2. Preferably 2 years plus working experience in HR
3. Strong C&B knowledge and experience, finance background is preferred;
4. Competencies required:
5. Effective interpersonal skill, strong team player;
6. Clear and effective communication skills, strong influence skill, Active and effective listening;
7. Able to work independently and effectively in changing environments;
8. Fluent at written and spoken English
