职位描述
Recruit, interview and assess applicants through Predictable Performance System to evaluate
the applicants qualifications for assignment. Lead the field staff to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction by providing coaching and counselling to ensure quality performance and client's
satisfaction.
Gather and elicit detailed information of the job assignment from the clients to facilitate
effective recruitment drive.
Conduct service calls, either through face to face or via telephone, to maintain/retain active and
inactive customer accounts to ensure high quality service delivery.
Maintain accurate and complete records on all clients and field staff. Ensure continuous
growth of the field staff database for high demand skill areas whilst maintaining its integrity
throughout all dealings.
Resolve problems and complaints from field staff or clients in an effective and timely manner.
Prepare contractual agreement, conduct field staff orientation and implement company award
Programs to recognise the good performance of field staff.
Develop and administer the training of field staff to upgrade their skills for assignment.
Collect, consolidate and verify time sheets, track billings, verify invoices and follow-up on overdue
accounts.
Bachelor degree above
Nearly 3-5 years work experience in recruitment or related function. MNC work experience preferred.
Good command of both oral and written English.
High efficiency and good team player.
Can work under pressure.
