职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
Provides financial guidance and counsel for manufacturing management, develops financial analysis, and support manufacturing cost control and period expense, SG&A control.
Work closely with project team and active participate in project review meetings on maintaining breakdown and accurate accounts of actual spending , budgeting and forecasting.
Supervise financial reporting and general ledger consolidation for partner entities for both internal and external reporting.
Leads the process of developing sales and manufacturing cost and asset budget, provides appropriate measures to determine performance versus budgeted or planned expenditures.
Monitor the operation of the accounting department, ensure accurate general ledger, subsidiary legers and records; perform timely and accurate period-end closing and preparation of financial statements.
Manages the financial reporting and analysis for business unit include budgeting, profit/loss, cash flow, working capital, plant closures, operational changes, financial incentives, and other areas
Ensures proper controls and guidelines are established to ensure accurate and reliable financial reports.
Responds to questions and concerns from senior management regarding financial operations and results, performs research, and provides recommendations or opinions.
Implements financial and operational management strategies and measurements for the specific group(s) and presenting results to management.
Develops appropriate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with financial management principles and practices and applicable laws, rules, and regulations; monitors compliance with these areas.
Coordinates various other operations, such as purchasing, information technology, inventory management, pricing, forecasting, and other related activities with other divisions or groups.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Management or equivalent education.
- Over 10 years work experience in MNC, preferably in related industry, project controller in BU is a big plus.
- Mature, intelligent and be result oriented and straight forward.
- Computer Literacy knowledge in working with database applications.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.
- Good command of English and Mandarin.
- China CPA or qualified accountants preferred.
