职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
? Answer and handle the incoming calls promptly and professionally;
? Arrange visitors greetings and administrate conference rooms;
? Be responsible for courier arrangement
? Check and review monthly bills for stationery, courier, travel tickets and other related expenses, and apply expenses in SAP system;
? Administer petty cash;
? Liaise with related vendors such as express companies, office building management department, office equipment maintenance company, stationery’s suppliers and other service providers;
? Reserve air/train tickets and hotels, and arrange meeting logistics when necessary
? Execute visa application process;
? Other administrative work as necessary in the office.
REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:
? College graduate or above, at least 1 year related working experience;
? Good in both oral and written English and Mandarin;
? Good computer skills, such as MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, etc.;
? Professional telephone etiquette and polite manner;
? Effective time management and detail oriented;
? Enthusiastic, patient and customer service oriented;
? Quick learning and a team player.
