Job Description:
1. Direct the sales activity to acquire new business information and gain sales appointment.
2. Collect client information from all channels, make analysis and generate the target client list.
3. Make telesales call and conduct sales visits to create new accounts in order to expand business opportunities for branch.
4. Make presentations or proposals for client if necessary.
5. Quotation, contract making and negotiation with client.
6. Maintain accurate and complete records on all clients.
7. Ensure continuous growth of the client database for high demand skill areas whilst maintaining its integrity throughout all dealings.
8. Resolve problems and complaints from clients in an effective and timely manner.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree is preferred.
2. At least 2 years sales working experience in the area relevant to service industry.
3. Good command of English skills, especially in writing and speaking.
4. Familiar with hr functions, labor law is preferred.
5. Open-minded, hard-working, fast-learning, teamwork and good sense of sales.
