Job Summary :
The purpose of this position is conduct outbound calls to promote and sale campaign products and drive incremental business opportunities within assigned country. This telephone-based account management will assist in meeting Telemarketing Center’s short and mid term goals by focusing on achievement of campaign KPI, revenue generation, and process improvement.

该电话客户管理岗位需专注于完成活动期间的指标,实现创收,优化流程,目的旨在帮助达成电话营销中心的中短期发展目标
Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for sales and promotional campaigns and achieving campaign KPI on telemarketing within assigned country/territory.
负责销售和促销活动,达成负责国家或区域活动期间的主要指标
2. Telephone follow-up action and maintenance the accuracy of contact list.
电话跟进和维护联络人清单的准确性
3. Work independently and in collaboration with field-based sales reps and call center team members to positively impact short and long-term business objectives.
独立完成工作,与当地的销售 和团队成员紧密合作,并积极影响短期或长期商业目标
4. Identify customers’ needs; evaluate these independently, provide recommendations for customers and where appropriate, forward (field-based counterparts, Telemarketing Manager) in order to improve company services, products and processes.
定义客户需求,独立评估,为客户提供建议,并在适当情况下,未来促进(当区同事,电话市场经理)提高公司服务、产品和优化流程
5. Effectively organize given task and efficiently perform administrative activities which utilize Microsoft office and CRM to support daily work.
熟练使用Microsoft office 和 CRM系统辅助日常工作且有效完成指派的任务
Experience 工作经验:
6. 2 year telesales experiences are prefer两年电话销售经验者优先
7. Proficient on customer database management精通客户数据库管理
