职位描述：
Job Title: Accountant会计
Based at: Foshan Gaoming
Responsible to: China Finance Manager
Purpose of Role: Responsible in AP record, checking and payment, ensure the AP invoices is totally correct in record with factory; ensure accurate and timely booking in system; timely submit the payment arrangement according to the payment term; Assist in fix IBS FPI invoice.负责应付账款记录、核查与付款，确保所记录的应付发票完全正确并与工厂记录相匹配；确保正确、准时地将应付发票录入系统；根据与工厂的付款期限，及时汇总付款安排；修复IBS系统存在的问题发票。

Responsibilities
Primary
1. Ensure factories invoices are recorded in the system timely and accurately及时准确把工厂发票录入系统
2. Liaise closely with factories, order management teams, and Finance team in Hong Kong to ensure all factories AP are properly accounted for与工厂、订单管理部及香港财务部密切沟通确保工厂应付准确入账
3. Reconcile all factories debit notes, credit notes, and invoice variances with order management executives and others in HSS teams与供应商及跟单对账
Secondary
1. Responsible for AP invoicing matching – to match manual factories invoices with goods received in the system line by line主要负责根据收货匹配发票
2. Fix system error invoices修复系统问题发票
3. Assist in preparing local payments in HSS and obtaining approval协助完成付款
4. Assist in managing HSS financial books and consolidating funding request to HK Finance协助管理账簿及统一向香港财务提交费用申请
5. Assist in performing Finance spot check on year-end stock take协助年末存货抽查
6. Daily accounting Job日常会计核算工作
7. Assist in other financial daily job if necessary需要时，协助其他财务日常工作。

Competencies/Skills required
Must
1. Workable spoken and written English and Cantonese可用英语（口语及书面）及粤语作为工作语言
2. Advanced levels of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel & Word) 熟练掌握Microsoft Office
3. Hands on experience with ERP system有ERP系统的操作经验

ABOUT HALO
Halo is a global furniture company. It established in 1976 in the United Kingdom by Major Philip Oulton, Halo started as an antiques store in Hale, England. Halo Antiques. Before that, the store had relied on a painted truck which rolled around between old estates picking up exquisite examples of craftsmanship to on sell to interested buyers.
With interest coming from overseas, in 2004, Timothy Oulton, the Major’s son established the international arm of the business in Hong Kong, Halo Asia, to support expanding worldwide distribution. Gathering unique materials and craftsmanship skills, the workshops began the production of hand finished vintage inspired leathers, upholstery and cabinetry collections.
In 2010 Halo Touch was established, embarking on a journey to further evolve the unique hand finished vintage leather collection.
In 2013, Timothy Oulton opened its Harrods store in London, signaling the beginning of a worldwide expansion that continues today. That same year, Halo Est 1976 was launched in the UK, offering a timeless collection of handcrafted furniture and lighting distributed through a global wholesale network.
In 2016, Halo launched Timothy Oulton Studio, a bespoke interiors and construction design studio specializing in hospitality projects. Notable projects include members’ club 1880 in Singapore, and Gough’s on Gough in Hong Kong, the first restaurant by Timothy Oulton, which opened in 2017.
Today, Halo Creative and Design continues to actively design new product ranges and enter new categories and is proud to count among its customers some of the world’s best brands and retailers.
