AC RECRUITING
? Assist the recruiting Partner and Manager in the annual Associate Consultant recruiting planning - work plan, resource requirement and budget
? Coordinate and administer the on-campus recruiting campaign and experience recruiting of Associate Consultants."
? Organize recruiting marketing activitieS
o Update China recruiting web site
o Prepare marketing materials, e.g. brochures, posters, CDROM, etc.
o Organize schedule and logistics for campus recruiting presentation
? Assist in coordinating candidate selection process.
o Coordinate the application process and infrastructure, e.g. on-line application system, application forms, etc.
o Handle candidates' queries about the application and selection process
o Set up interviews, schedule with candidates and interviewers, and arrange interview logistics,
o Organize candidate greetings, Q&As, and act as liaison for candidates being interviewed.
? Coordinate the Intern recruiting program on semi-annual basis, including schedule interviews, coordinating training and organize and attend social events etc.
? Act as the recruiting representative in a variety of team planning meetings, and provide administrative support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, English related field, an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is a plus.
? A minimum of 1year of recruiting experience in Foreign Enterprises / Multinational company with good verbal and written English skills is required and campus recruiting experience highly desirable
? Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, project management, and analytical skills; highly motivated, ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
? Ability to work independently
? Comprehensive knowledge of personal computers and their software applications is required.
